The staff is fantastic to work with. We have the pleasure of dealing with Allana directly. She is always extremely helpful and goes above and beyond if we call with a simple question, or needing help with a car insurance claim.

I had someone hit my truck with a plow. And the other insurance company that dealt with the gentleman that hit me told me I was at fault. I immediately called Allana for help, I called the accident in right after it happened. So everything was documented. She assured me that she would assist me and she let Dick know what happened.
